Walden congratulates iPark East Fishkill LLC as a Think Dutchess’ 2019 Business Excellence Award winner for 2019 for iPark 84. Located at Exit 50 of the I-84 corridor in East Fishkill, iPark 84 is a mixed use development and is also home of the Hudson Valley Region office of Walden. iPark 84 occupies the former IBM Campus and is the newest addition to iPark 84’s owner/developer portfolio. iPark 84 features more than two million square feet of built space. Forming the crux of the development’s Food Hub is Cozzini Brothers Knives, Sloop Brewery, More Good and Crepini. Also located at the property are powerhouse companies including Global Foundries, eMagin, Greystone and Care Design. The Grand Award was presented to iPark 84 for their outstanding influence in the community.

Global Foundries is the largest tenant of iPark 84. Congratulations to Jennifer! Walden has made this East Fishkill location our regional office for the Hudson Valley. Since 2017, this office has engineers and scientists available to serve clients throughout the region. Our active projects managed from this location include several at iPark 84 and also in the Town of Southeast, Town of Orangeburg, Town of New Paltz and Ulster County.
